Marula (“Marula,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a waitlist for our upcoming mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide when you join our waitlist.

9. Children’s Privacy
Marula’s waitlist and future application are intended for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements of their jurisdiction (18 in most regions, or as otherwise required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under the applicable minimum age, we will delete it promptly. 10. Data Retention
We retain your waitlist information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — namely, to notify you about Marula’s launch — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Marula’s app launch does not move forward, we will delete all waitlist data within a reasonable period.
11. Cookies and Tracking
Our waitlist landing page may use minimal, essential cookies or analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our page (for example, how many people view the page versus how many join the waitlist). We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent before deploying such tools.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our product, data practices, or legal obligations evolve — particularly as we move from a waitlist to a live application. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. If changes are significant, we will notify waitlist members by email.
